New brewery "Early to late" opened
At Cologne/Bonn Airport, the new brewery “Early to late” creates an important gastronomic highlight. With the opening in Terminal 1, a traditional Rhenish brewing art is recognized and a fresh gastronomic concept is introduced at the same time, which focuses on both local products and Cologne hospitality.
The offer in the brewery is aimed primarily at passengers who want to get in the mood for their trip with classic Kölsch and regional specialties. The menu includes popular Cologne dishes such as Sauerbraten with red cabbage, onion roast and the well -known "Halve Hahn". These culinary delights are part of the strategy to re -position Cologne/Bonn Airport as a gastronomic destination.
The opening was celebrated early by representatives of the airport management, the operating company Avolta AG and the traditional Cologne brewery, which together tapped the first Kölsch. In view of the comprehensive redesign of the airport, the brewery is an essential part of the “Next Chapter” project, which aims to modernize the airport and expand its offers.
In addition, a total of 17 new gastronomic offers are implemented as part of this project. In addition to the brewery, other concepts such as Heberer Wiener Feinbäcker and the bar 51 degrees are already in operation. The brewery early, which praises over 111 years of experience in Rheinische Braukunst, is now also brought closer to international travelers and thus offers an authentic insight into the culinary legacy of the region.
In summary, it can be said that the brewery "early until late" not only represents a place for good food and drinks, but also creates an inviting space for travelers, where tradition and modern flair are harmoniously connected.
