Löwen Braunschweig overtake Heidelberg in the gripping chasing duel

In the exciting chasing duel of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL), the Löwen Braunschweig clearly defeated the MLP Academics Heidelberg and thus consolidated their place in the table. With a final score of 94:74 (49:40), the team of coach Jesús Ramírez secured his 17th victory in the 28th game of the current season. This result catapulted Braunschweig to third place, while Heidelberg slipped to sixth place.

The game was in favor of the lions from the start. After a strong first quarter, which ended with 29:19, the Academics saw themselves exposed to constant persecution.
