Lokspace convinces at Stuttgart 21
Lokspace, a provider of contemporary and modular training opportunities in the railway system, has determined a strong interest in its programs at the “Open Construction Site Day” as part of the Stuttgart 21 project. From April 19 to 21, 2025, the company presented itself with an information stand that was frequented by more than 20,000 visitors every day. Many of them took the opportunity to find out about the professional perspectives in the railway area.
"We were able to have numerous interesting conversations in Stuttgart and win new participants for our various qualification offers," said Daniela Koch, the educational director of Lokspace. Particularly noteworthy is the growing importance of the region of southern Germany as a training location. In view of the great interest, Lok space plans to expand its activities in the region and has announced a new course in Ulm for the summer of 2025.
The modular training offers that Lokspace provides in the area of the drivers are particularly flexible. They allow the participants to get a partial qualification step by step, which can be individually adapted to their life situation. This form of training is considered particularly attractive for people who want to reorient themselves professionally and prefer module learning.
An important event for Lok space is also imminent: From May 5th to 7th, 2025, the company will take part in the 2nd public transport congress of the Future NRW future network in Freiburg. This event combines specialists, decision -makers and innovators from the field of local public transport in order to develop future -oriented solutions. Koch sees the participation as a valuable opportunity to present the Lok space training concept in a high quality environment and to enter the exchange with transport companies, associations and politics.
In addition, Lokspace will also be represented at the professional information (BIM) in Offenburg, which takes place on May 9 and 10, 2025. This fair is considered the leading educational fair in southern Germany and offers a platform for professional orientation with numerous exhibitors and diverse offers. For Lok space, this is an opportunity to present its training offers to a wide audience and to win potential new trainees.
