Universities and educational institutions that implement the corresponding modules in the study plans could also be helpful in order to better prepare potential follow -up founders for the topic.

An essential obstacle that has to be overcome is the financial feasibility. The takeover of an established company requires considerable investments, which deteriorates many potential founders. Banks are open to successor dies, since these have a more stable financial history compared to new start -ups; However, the entire financing is often a major challenge.
