Process against Kusel police murderer set: Appeal negotiation ends without judgment

The Saarbrücken district court decided to hire the trial against the convicted police murderer from Kusel. The 40-year-old was in an appeal hearing in which, among other things, the accusation of hunting ideas was raised against him. The public prosecutor submitted an application to terminate the procedure, which the court followed. The presiding judge justified the decision with the fact that an acquittal or a conviction in this case had no effect on the judgment of the Kaiserslautern Regional Court that had already been spoken and was therefore not relevant for the sentence.
