Devastating accident on the A555: Serious collision leads to fatal outcome

In an accident on the 555 motorway around 0.30 a.m. on Sunday night, a 33-year-old driver was seriously injured, while a 65-year-old succumbed to his injuries that night. The 33-year-old driver had driven the 65-year-old driver into the rear in the direction of Bonn at the height of the old Eichholz rest area.

The impact must have been extremely violent, since both vehicles were completely destroyed by the force of the collision and far apart.
