on Saturday evening, around 7:15 p.m., there was a serious traffic accident at the Dorstener Straße/Lippeweg intersection. A car collided with a tree for an unknown cause after he got off the road. The car was on the Dorstener Straße in the direction of Dorsten when the accident happened.

Witnesses observed after the accident on how three inmates fled from the vehicle towards Lippeweg and immediately informed the police. In a nearby hospital, the three people, but not life -threatening, were found. It is an 18-year-old and a 16-year-old from Oberhausen and a 17-year-old from Dorsten.

In the course of the investigation, references to the possible consumption of drugs were also obtained. For this reason, a doctor carried out blood withdrawal from the three young people. The police are currently still unclear who has controlled the vehicle. The investigation is continued by the responsible traffic commissioner.
