Wine festival Bad Godesberg: enjoyable weekend with live music and culinary delights!

The Bad Godesberger Wine Festival, which takes place for the fourth time this year, begins on May 9th, Father's Day, and ends on May 12th with Mother's Day on Theaterplatz in downtown Bad Godesberg. In addition to a variety of winegrowers and producers, the festival offers a wide selection of culinary delights related to wine. The theater square, decorated with maypoles, invites visitors to linger at live music and enjoy the atmosphere.

Among the exhibitors can be found names such as the Holger Schmidt winery from Rheinhessen, the Schrauth wine trade from the Kaiserstuhl or the Karlheinz Schnabel winery from Rheinhessen. Visitors can also visit the Mayschoß-Altenahr vineyard cooperative and the Dagernova Ahr wine manufacturer and try their offers. In addition to wine, the French market in front of the Schauspielhaus offers the finest cheeses, Salami from Auvergne, olives and French wine. Visitors have the opportunity to put together a mixed plate with treats and enjoy them for wine.

The wine festival also offers entertainment for the small, including grape juice, cotton candy and a carousel. The opening times extend from Thursday to Sunday, whereby on Thursday the festival day from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition to the culinary diversity, the festival offers a varied music program. From the festival chapel de Deurhoalers to the Kölsche dialect band Kwien to Jedöns, award winners of the foolish lion of the city of Bonn, visitors are maintained musically. On Saturday the Duo M.ELLOW D. performs with varied live music, while on Sunday the duo Eclectico +1 is enthusiastic with a diverse repertoire of international hits.
