Desired list: This is how children's dreams in Ulm come true!
The Christmas season is just around the corner, and the Ulm/Donau-Diller children's foundation has launched an exciting campaign: the wish list campaign! Over 300 children from the region have already written down their heart's wishes for the festival, and they are now waiting in various Ulm cafés to be fulfilled. A truly magical undertaking that increases the anticipation for Christmas!
at a time when every fifth child lives on the poverty line, the need for this action becomes particularly clear. Christmas is a challenge for many families when it comes to getting gifts. The children's foundation would like to help these families by offering a platform on which wishes can be expressed and fulfilled. Children from different facilities can wish for a request of up to 20 euros, which can then be fulfilled by generous café visitors or employees.
This is how the action works
In one of the participating cafes, pintering can take a wish list, get the gift and bring back packed by the end of November. The parcels are then collected by the children's foundation and its committed employee Anna Sonntag. The participating cafes include Café Miss Berger, the Café Gustaff and the Museum Café Lebenshilfe. This initiative is not only a great way to spread joy, but also a sign of solidarity in the region. The Children's Foundation Ulm/Donau-Diller has been committed to the equal opportunities of children since its foundation in 2013. With numerous projects and actions, an attempt is made to break through the cycle of family poverty and to offer the affected children courage, role models and support. Support the foundation with your donation and help to make the children's wishes come true!
