An investigation was initiated after recordings were taken from the moment when a man dangled on a crane on a construction site.
The video that has been viewed over three million times shows a nameless man in Ontario, Canada, who hangs under a block of construction for his life that is reduced to the ground.
spectators can hear the man screaming, he should "hold out" while he screams with fear.
"Oh my god, how the devil did that happen?" Said someone when they asked people to lower the crane to prevent the man from being crushed under the block.

The man was safely brought to the ground and has not suffered serious injuries, PCL Constructors Canada Inc told CBC.
He was commissioned to ensure that the materials were securely attached to the boom before it was lifted up by the company of the company, Modern Niagara.
Hand "Integrated" with slogan
According to the company, the incident occurred after the man's hand "got tangled up with a slogan after he had hooked a load".
"We can confirm that yesterday an incident occurred at our location in the front and Simco, in which a rigger got tangled up with a slogan after attaching a load," says a statement by the company.
“Fortunately, he was certainly lowered to the work surface and not seriously injured. The security of all workers and the community has a top priority for us.
"We work with all responsible authorities and the incident is currently being examined."
The Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Education and Competence Development by Ontario said: "It was reported that a worker was pulled up by the panel level after having a load in a hold of a crane."
