Brad Pitt suffocated our child and packed me on my head, Angelina Jolie claims

Brad Pitt is said to have "spiced" one of his children and Angelina Jolie "packed" at the head, his ex-wife claimed when she first revealed details about her notorious flight in 2016.

In a court file in Los Angeles, the 47-year-old Jolie claimed that the 58-year-old Pitt had become angry and abusive while flying from France to California after the flight, after accusing the actress to be "too honest" to her six children.

"Pitt packed Jolie on the head and shook her ... before he pressed her against the bathroom wall," says the file.

When one of the children came to Jolie's defense, Pitt fell on the child, Jolie's lawyers state in the file.

pitt "choked one of the children and hit another in the face" during the argument, it says in the file.

"At some point he poured beer in Jolie; at another time he poured beer and red wine over the children," it said.

At that time, an FBI report about the incident came to the conclusion that the parties involved had decided not to raise a criminal complaint.

Jolie said she felt forced to "defend herself publicly" for the first time after her ex-husband had filed a lawsuit "to regain control of Jolie's financial life.

The court file on Tuesday is the latest salvation in the years of legal disputes that have been between Jolie and Pitt.

The latest court dispute refers to a lawsuit that Pitt has submitted because of a French winery, Chateau Miraval, which the former couple once shared, but reveals new details about the bitter end of their marriage.

In her counterclaim, Jolie denied that there is an "approval" agreement.

Her lawyers continued to claim that Pitt had refused to buy her up, unless "she had signed a confidentiality agreement that would have contractually prohibited her to speak of her and her children about Pitt's physical and emotional abuse."

"She made great efforts to keep her children from the pain that Pitt the family inflicted on on this day of the family," wrote the actress's lawyers about the flight 2016.

"But as Pitt submitted this lawsuit to regain control of Jolie's financial life and forced them to return to their ex-husband as a frozen business partner, Pitt Jolie forced himself to defend himself publicly for the first time in these affairs."

Jolie also said that the FBI examination of the 2016 discussion on the plane was "to the conclusion that the government had a probable reason to accuse Pitt because of a federal break." No crime was charged with
