In the Podcast "Creative Conversations", fashion journalist Suzy Menkes discussed with Carol Woolton, a journalist of the British "Vogue", about the jewelry collection of the royal family. Menkes expressed a clear opinion about Kate: she accuses her not to appreciate the noble jewelry of the royals. According to Menkes, Kate apparently only wears jewelry if it absolutely has to be and warps the face as if she would rather do without it.

The expert even compares Kate with Queen Camilla and realizes that Camilla seems to have much more enjoying wearing jewelry. This was only recently shown when Camilla visited the headquarters of the jewelry brand Monica Vinader and was enthusiastic about it. She even revealed that her granddaughter was jealous that she was allowed to go there and had already expressed wishes for what she should bring.

Camilla's enthusiasm for jewelry is contrasting to Kate's behavior, says Menkes. The expert believes that Kate does not give the impression that she really appreciates the jewelry that is available to her.

It remains to be seen whether Kate will react to the criticism and whether her handling of jewelry will change. In any case, the discussion about the jewelry preferences of the Royals is lit again and the opinions of the experts are split.
