The billionaire Elon Musk went on Twitter late Thursday to sexually annoy claims in a news report in 2016 in a private jet, as "completely untrue".
According to Business Insider, Musks SpaceX paid $ 250,000 in 2018 to enclose a lawsuit for sexual harassment from a nameless flight attendant of a private jet that accused Musk of exposing her counterpart.
Musk not only supposedly exposed itself, but also grated the thigh of the flight attendant and offered her to buy a horse if she was “doing more” during a massage during the flight, Business Insider quoted the friend of the flight attendant with the claim.
Musk went to Twitter late Thursday to denounce the claims as "completely untrue".
"" I have a challenge for this liar, who claims that her friend saw me "exposed" - only describe one thing (scars, tattoos, ...) that is not known to the public. She will not be able to do this because it has never happened ", tweeted Musk.
In the business insider article, Musk was quoted with the words that the history of the flight attendant was a "politically motivated hit piece" and there was "much more about this story".
The article quoted an anonymous person who said she was a friend of the flight attendant. According to the article, the friend had made a statement as part of the private comparison process.
Reuters could not verify the Business Insider account. Musk and SpaceX did not respond on inquiries from Reuters for comments on Business Insider-Story or Musks Twets.
The flight attendant was convinced that her refusal to accept Musk's proposal, her ways to work at SpaceX had affected, and, according to Business Insider, prompted her to hire a lawyer in 2018.
The rocket company closed the comparison out of court and added a confidentiality agreement that prevented the flight attendant from talking about it, said Business Insider. The news page did not name the friend or the flight attendant.
Musk, who is also the managing director of Tesla Inc and is in the middle of a controversial attempt to buy Twitter Inc, said on Wednesday that he would vote for Republicans instead of Democrats, and predicted that a "dirty tricks campaign" would follow.
Musk tweeted for the first time on Thursday evening: "The attacks against me should be viewed by a political lens-this is her (detention) standard game book-but nothing will prevent me from fighting for a good future and your right to expense." In the first tweet he did not expressly mentioned the allegations in the business insider article.
"And for the protocol, these wild allegations are absolutely wrong," added Musk in another tweet.
he also tweeted that the article should disturb the Twitter acquisition.
Reuters could not immediately reach Business Insider for a comment.
