According to the food controllers,Kismet was found in the restaurant, which is located near the Frauenkirche and is led by Sandra Forster. As a result, Forster even had to answer in court.
During a check in mid -February, disgusting conditions were found. In addition to inedible dishes, the inspectors also found mouse droppings, cockroaches and mold in the premises of the restaurant. The public prosecutor's office in Munich I accuses Sandra Forster violations of the Food Protection Act and speaks of a "massive problem".
The public prosecutor also criticizes that the restaurant is still open despite the conditions. Guests would feel disgust and reluctance if the conditions are known.
Already on June 9, Sandra Forster received a penalty order of 3200 euros. Since she appealed, there was a public criminal trial, in which Forster did not manage personally, but was represented by her defender Andreas Müller. The latter emphasized that the mouse infestation in downtown Munich is a well -known problem, which also affects other restaurateurs. Despite regular pest control and falling, however, the violation was determined in the kismet.
To avoid a conviction, Sandra Forster pulled her opposition back and thus almost escaped a criminal record. The punishment ultimately amounts to 3200 euros, since the income of restaurateurs has dropped considerably due to the Corona crisis.
