Secret documents in connection with human spies found in Donald Trump's basement in Mar-A-Lago

US secrets that may have come from human spies were discovered in the basement of Mar-A-Lago.

The disclosure was made when a court published a edited version of the 32-page affidavit of the FBI, which led to a raid in Donald Trump's house in Florida on August 8th.

It was shown that 14 of the 15 boxes, which were secured by the National Archives in Mar-A-Lago in January, contained secret documents, including some with the inscription "HCS".

In the affidavit, an FBI special agent wrote: "Humint Control System, or 'HCS', is a SCI [sensitive com party-parted information] control system for protection for intelligence information from secret human sources, generally referred to as" human intelligence ".

"The HCS control system protects information and information derived from human intelligence that relate to activities, skills, techniques, processes and processes of human intelligence."

Steve Hall, former CIA boss for Russia surgery, said: "This is basically information from human spies." HCS "stuff basically means that these boxes are in the basement in Mar-A-Lago information that relates to human sources, human spies or possibly come from them.

"In the case of human sources, they are usually imprisoned, or if it is Russia or another authoritarian society, they are often simply executed. This type of information is incredibly sensitive."

He added: "As a former CIA type, it runs my back cold and down that there is HCS information in the basement of someone. It is really, really bad."

Harry Litman, a former US lawyer, said that such documents were "radioactive". He told CNN: "The strictly secret stuff ... can kill people. It is completely alarming."

On the first page of the affidavit, with which a search command for Mar-A-Lago is requested, an FBI special agent wrote: "The government has a criminal investigation due to the improper removal and storage of closure matters in non-authorized rooms as well as the illegal by changing or removal of government documents."

The affidavit that the boxes procured by the National Archive in front of the raid contained a total of 184 documents with confidentiality license plates.

of them were 25 as "strict secret", 92 as "secret" and 67 as "confidential".

The affidavit said that the boxes contained notes that Mr. Trump wrote when he was president.

There were "newspapers, magazines, printed news articles, photos, different prints, notes, presidential correspondence, personal and postpresidential records and 'many secret records'.

"The greatest concern was that high -grade secret records unfolded, mixed with other records and were not properly identified in any other way."

The FBI special agent wrote: "Based on my training and experience, I know that documents that are classified at these levels typically contain NDI [National Defense Information]. Some of the documents also contained something that apparently comes from FPOTUS [MR Trump’s] handwritten notes."

In addition to "HCS" markings, there were also documents with the labeling "Fisa", which means that they were protected by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

others were marked with "NOFORN", which means that they were not allowed to be passed on to foreign governments, organizations or citizens.

After the FBI had checked what was in the boxes, "it initiated a criminal investigation" to determine how "records were removed from the White House" and "whether additional secret documents or records may have been kept in an unauthorized place".

The Special Agent wrote: "There is probably a reason for the assumption that additional documents that contain classified NDI or the records of the president that are subject to retention obligation currently remain on the premises [Mar-A-Lago].

"There is also a reason to be found that evidence of disability is found on the site."

The Special Agent added that he had completed "an apprenticeship at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia, especially for espionage and espionage examinations".

After the affidavit had led to a search order, the FBI searched Mr. Trump's house and provided another 11 sets of secret documents.

Mr. Trump has accused the FBI and the bidges government of having carried out a politically motivated witch hunt.

After the publication of the affidavit, Mr. Trump found that she had been strongly edited and accused the judge who had approved her publication "to allow the slump into my house".

he added: "Obama must be very proud of him [The Judge] at the moment!"

When asked whether he believes that national security is threatened by documents found in Mar-A-Lago, President Joe Biden said: "The Ministry of Justice should find out. Look what happens."

When asked whether his predecessor could have released the documents, Mr. Biden said sarcastically: "I have released everything in the world, I'm President. Come on ... everything released ..."

he added: "I will not comment because I don't know the details. I don't want to know at all. I leave it up to the Ministry of Justice."

When asked whether it is ever appropriate for a president, to take home secret and strictly secret documents, said Mr. Biden, "depends on the circumstances".

Mr. Biden said he took home the president's daily letter on Friday and he had a safe space at home and the military with him.

he said: "I read it, join it again and give it to the military."

When asked whether it is appropriate to handle secret documents in an area that is not specially built for this purpose, he said, "this" depends on the document and how safe the place is ".
