Gwyneth Paltrow must appear in front of a US court in a skiing accident due to driver escape in a skiing accident

gwyneth Paltrow is expected to appear before a US court because she claims that she seriously injured a man in 2016 in an accident with a driver's escape in a ski area.

The US actress is sued by the retired optician Terry Sanderson, who claimed that Paltrow had “undercut” on skis and beat him in the Deer Valley Resort in Park City in Utah.

Mr. Sanderson claimed that Paltrow was collided with him, "he was hard down, depressed and a brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries."

opening declarations in the jury procedure are expected in this case on Tuesday, the procedure should take eight days.

Local media report that Paltrow and members of their family should appear in court on Tuesday - and that the actress is expected to testify.

Mr. Sanderson demands compensation in the amount of USD 300,000 (245,000 GBP) after his previous claim has been dropped of USD 3.1 million (2.5 million GBP).

"This case affects a driver's flight skiing in Deer Valley, Utah, in which the accused Gwyneth Paltrow got out of control and hit the back of Terry Sanderson, another ski driver, who was downhill, and knocked it down, knocked it out. And a brain injury, four broken ribs and other serious injuries," said in the original Lawsuit that was submitted in 2019.

"Paltrow got up, turned and drove away, Sanderson was stunned in the snow, seriously injured."

In the file it also says that a ski instructor from Deer Valley, who had trained Paltrow, saw Mr. Sanderson injured, but also did not try to help him.

The instructor did not send for help and later accused Mr. Sanderson of causing the crash in a "false report to protect his client", according to the file.

Mr. Sanderson previously said that he had been waiting for the lawsuit for almost three years because he had problems with lawyers and could not work properly because of the concussion.

Paltrow later submitted a counterclaim and claimed that Mr. Sanderson had beaten it and put a full "body strike".

The actress claimed that she had been shaken by the collision and hired skiing for the day with her family.

It added that Mr. Sanderson apologized to her and said he was doing well.
