Lula says Bolsonaro still hasn't collected the Brazilian elections

The chosen Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva said on Monday whether his rival Jair Bolsonaro would recognize the election result and thus indicate possible unrest in the country.

Wladimir Putin welcomed Lula's election victory and said he hoped for a “constructive” collaboration, said the Kremlin
