Accident on the northern Berlin ring of the A10: Several injuries and traffic disruptions

In an accident on the northern Berlin ring of the A10, a total of six people were injured on Monday afternoon, three of them seriously. According to initial information from the fire brigade, there was a collision between several cars and a truck. A car is said to have landed in the ditch.

The fire brigade is on site with 43 emergency services and a rescue helicopter was also used. The exact cause of the accident is currently still unclear and must be reconstructed by the police.

Due to the accident, the right and medium lane on the A10 towards Barnim between the motorway triangles Barnim and Pankow is blocked. The Transport Information Center (VIZ) warns of long traffic jams on the bypasses via the B109 and Blankenburg.
