Wagner boss Prigozhin confirmed death in plane crash-Moscow

According to Russian official, Wagner boss Jewgeni Prigoschin was found after a genetic analysis of the bodies, which was found in the aircraft crash on Wednesday confirmed.

The investigation committee (SK) said that the identity of all ten victims had been determined and corresponded to those on the passenger list of the flight.

Prigoschins private jet crashed on August 25th northwest of Moscow and killed all occupants.

The Kremlin rejected speculation that it was responsible for the crash.

The SK said that he continues the criminal investigation.

"The molecular genetic tests are complete," said a statement.

"According to the results, the identities of all ten deceased are certain and they correspond to the list published in the flight manifest."

The victims include several high-ranking personalities by Wagner, a Russian mercenary group founded by Prigozhin, which is involved in military operations in Ukraine and parts of Africa.

Among them was Dmitry Utkin, who led Wagner's military operations.

The crash occurred two months after Prigoschin led a Wagner mutiny against the Russian armed forces, the southern city of Rostow took on and threatened to march on Moscow.

The patient situation was mitigated after an agreement was reached that led to Prigozhin and Wagner fighter moved to Belarus.

However, Russian President Vladimir Putin described the mutiny as "stab in the back" and there was speculation that Russian security forces were somehow involved in the crash.

On Friday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitri Peskow said that rumors about a crime were an "absolute lie".
