Wahl chaos at the AfD party conference endangered European program

AfD party conference in Magdeburg threatens to fail-chaos in European program

In the morning, AfD boss Tino Chrupalla announced with self-confidence at the AfD party conference in Magdeburg: "We want to rule Germany!" But a short time later it became clear that there was already difficulties in the organization of the European Party Day.

The event gets out of control and threatens to fail. The party congress was originally planned for two weekends, but now it could even drag on until January next year. The reason for this lies in the total mess of compilation of the 30 candidates for the European election on June 9, 2024. A leading AfD woman was concerned: "There is chaos, we have a serious discipline problem in the party."

The state associations have not prepared any candidate lists, which allows everyone to apply at the party congress. This also has to postpone the entire debate on European issues and the EU's EU's application. This is a disaster.

Actually, the AfD's European program should be debated and decided in the coming week. However, party leader Tino Chrupalla admits that it could be tight. He hoped that if necessary, you could still do this with night sessions next weekend. If this also fails, the program would not have to be discussed until January next year, as another weekend could not simply be started.

From the environment of MIT-AFD boss Alice Weidel it is said that it is very likely that the program will not be completed in time and that you have to go into extension until January.

The chaos at the AfD in relation to the European elections reminds of conditions like in a Banana Republic. The currents within the party seem to block each other and an orderly process is in question. It remains to be seen how the AfD will deal with this challenge.
