Shock accident in Ulm: Ignore pedestrian traffic light-injured children!

On Saturday evening in Ulm it crashed hard at the Blaubeurer Straße / Jägerstraße intersection! A 21-year-old VW driver casually ignored a red traffic light and crashed into a regular crossing vehicle, a VW Sharan. The impact was so violent that it was thrown against a traffic sign! But that was not all: parts of the vehicles flew through the air and damaged a Seat Cupra parked at the intersection.

The 36-year-old driver, his 32-year-old passenger and two small children aged 5 and 7, sat in the VW Sharan. Fortunately, everyone remained unharmed, except for the adults, who got away with minor injuries. The messenger of damage amounts to a whopping 15,500 euros! But the misfortune also brought legal consequences: the crashed driver is now faced with a complaint for danger to road traffic and negligent bodily harm! His driver's license was confiscated directly at the scene of the accident.
