On Thursday, March 13, 2025, there was a serious traffic accident between Blasiwald and a residential area around 4:30 p.m. A gray small car tried to overtake a truck, while a 21-year-old Mercedes driver also started overtaking. The overtaking process of the small car was abruptly broken off when an oncoming Skoda appeared, which led to the serious collision between the Mercedes and the Skoda.

Both drivers, the 21-year-old Mercedes driver and the 57-year-old Skoda-drivers, suffered injuries and had to be transported by emergency services to surrounding hospitals.
