KDFB Store with Heart opens in the Amberg city laboratory – support for women!

A very special pop-up store will open its doors in the heart of Amberg from November 4th to 15th, 2025: The “KDFB Store – the store with heart” will be located in the economic development city laboratory in the pedestrian zone. This initiative of the Catholic German Women's Association (KDFB) offers handmade, unique pieces created by committed women from the association. The proceeds from the sale go directly to the Regensburg Diocesan Association’s “Women Helping Women in Need” social fund. This not only presents handicrafts, but also makes a valuable contribution to supporting women and families in acute emergencies.

The KDFB organization has set itself the goal of providing unbureaucratic help - regardless of membership in the women's association. As a place for encounters, inspiration and social engagement, the pop-up store also serves to strengthen the visibility of the women's association in public.

Special events

Particularly noteworthy is the information event on November 8, 2025 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Here the diocesan board of the KDFB Regensburg will present the aid fund and show how support can be provided. On this occasion there is also an accompanying offer of coffee and cake, which invites visitors to find out more and exchange information.

By combining social commitment and creativity, the KDFB Store not only becomes a center of attraction for shoppers, but also a space for encounters and community support. A great example of how local initiatives can enrich the quality of life in the region!
