Young thieves in Ansbach: Jumping tours with stolen cars end in the disaster!

An 18-year-old man and his 14-year-old accomplice are suspected of having stolen several unexpected vehicles in the Ansbach district. On Saturday morning, April 5, 2025, the young people were arrested by the police in Lichtenau after stolen a van and driven by a company premises in Windsbach. When arrested, the stolen van rolled onto a police car, which led to damage of around 5,000 euros.

The police have already started investigations and assumes that the duo is responsible for several other vehicle thefts in the region. The thefts apparently started on Friday evening in Neuendettelsau, where they first stole a truck and then another small van. The two young people, who also used another vehicle to mount the stuck, were not a moment to brake and left a chaos. The 14-year-old was also torn out of a dormitory and was already advertised for the search.
