Aggressive alcohol offender in Elsenfeld: Arrest warrant!

in Elsenfeld, district Miltenberg, the police arrested a 32-year-old on Sunday who had repeatedly attacked police officers. At the order of the Aschaffenburg public prosecutor's office, the suspect was presented to the investigative judge and a ceremony was issued. The man had caused excitement on Friday and Saturday when he insulted passers -by and acted aggressively.

The police were only called on Friday afternoon because the 32-year-old shouts around in Bahnhofstrasse. In his attempt to defend himself against the detention, he easily injured an official. A breath alcohol test resulted in a value of over two per thousand, whereupon he spent the night in the custody cell. Another commitment followed on Saturday evening - again the police had to intervene when the man loudly wandered. Here, too, he showed himself aggressive, tried to step and insulted the officials. After further incidents, including resistance in blood sampling, the arrest warrant was requested. Now the suspect is housed in a correctional facility.
