On Monday, April 28, 2025, a 37-year-old driver in Göggingen was targeted by the police. The man drove alcoholized in Schertlingstrasse, where he used his cell phone while driving and ran over a red traffic light.

The police control took place around 11:15 a.m. and quickly revealed that the driver was unable to drive safely. The driver's breath alcohol test showed an alarming value of over 1.6 per thousand. Now the police are investigating him for drunkenness in traffic and further violations.
