On Saturday evening (01.02.2025) a spectacular incident occurred on the federal road B17 when two drivers delivered an illegal race. Around 9:30 p.m., the two vehicles race to the south with well over 120 km/h, where a speed of only 70 km/h is allowed. At the headshofen junction, there was finally a collision with another car, which luckily remained without injuries.

the property damage is a whopping 65,000 euros. The police immediately secured the driver's licenses of the two speeders and are now investigating a forbidden motor vehicle race. Witnesses of the incident are called to report to the Gersthofen motorway police at 0821/323-1910.
