Young vandal damaged Kappeneck: the police grabs graffiti sprayer

Kappeneck, Deutschland - A 23-year-old caused excitement in the city center of Kappeneck when he damaged several traffic bars and power boxes with color in the early 10th April 2025. Civil police officers discovered the man in Flagranti while spraying around 04:30 a.m. and grabbed it without further ado.
