Tropical jungle wreath: Hittenkirchen celebrates with music and dance!

Bernau am Chiemsee, Deutschland - On February 26, 2025, the traditional women and dirndl wreath of the traditional costume association "Almarausch" Hittenkirchen took place in the Trachtenheim in Bernau. Under the motto "jungle", the traditional ski home turned into a tropical backdrop, in which real trees from the domestic forest and hanging animals ensured an extraordinary atmosphere. The active group had invested in preparation for numerous hours to offer the guests an unforgettable experience. Many visitors appeared in remarkable disguises that ranged from exotic animals to tropical fruits to researchers.

Musically entertained the audience by the Ruhpoldinger band "Söör", which caused a mood until late at night. The highlight was the performance of the hit "The Lion Sleeps Tonight".
