BAB A3, 94575 Garham, Deutschland - A serious traffic accident occurred early Thursday morning on the A3 in the direction of Deggendorf. A 61-year-old Romanian driver of a small van loaded with auto parts switched the lane between Garham and Iggensbach and overlooked a subsequent car. The 54-year-old driver from Vilshofen could no longer brake in time, drove up and catapulted the van.
Fortunately, both drivers were not injured, but the highway is closed for several hours. A towing service with a crane was requested to rescue the overturned van, while the traffic is dammed back to the Aicha junction. Extension has been set up and drivers are asked to bypass the area in large space. The property damage is estimated on a high five -digit euro amount.
