Thanks to an attentive witness, the police were able to arrest the thief quickly and secure the stolen goods. The perpetrator was then released. In addition, several traffic incidents in Wiesbaden occurred: a driver got stuck on the accelerator pedal and caused damage of 35,000 euros, while an alcoholic driver was trying to avoid a cat, collided with two parked vehicles and overturned. In both cases there were minor injuries and high damage to property.
