A 61-year-old cyclist caused excitement in Rudolstadt on Wednesday evening! Around 6:25 p.m. he got into a collision course in the parking lot of a supermarket on Theodor-Neubauer-Straße. In the impact, the man suffered minor injuries, but that's not all - the breath alcohol test that was carried out on site shocked the officials: over 1.3 per thousand!

The police immediately had the senior brought to the hospital for blood sampling. The result could have legal consequences for him - a warning example that alcohol consumption and cycling are a dangerous combination!
