Second large solar park in Lippertsweiler: Aulendorf goes green!
In the small community of Lippertsweiler near Aulendorf, a lot is happening in the area of renewable energies! A new solar park is planned, which is launched by the Hofkammer of the Württemberg house and the Vento Ludens company. The Aulendorf town council has already unanimously approved the project, and the second largest solar park of this district is in prospect. The area that is currently used for agriculture is around 35 hectares. About 24 hectares will be covered with photovoltaic modules, which are intended to perform 31 Megawatt Peak (MWP), as Schwäbische reports.
The modules that are designed at a height of 3.50 meters are installed to the south. In order not to affect the domestic fauna, you can see a fence that should enable small animals to pass. In addition, flower meadows with herbs are planned between and under the modules, and a grazing concept with sheep is planned. Hedge plantings should reduce the view of the solar park. An important point: the degree of sealing of the area remains less than one percent, which benefits nature.
sustainability in focus
But that's not all! In the course of planning, comprehensive exams such as an environmental examination, a green order plan and a landscape image analysis are necessary. It is also interesting to know that the location in 2023 was classified as suitable in an examination by the city of Aulendorf with 25 out of 36 points. Conflicts with biotopes, streets or trenches were rated as low. Joachim Finkel from Vento Ludens explained that the company is not only active as a planner and investor, but also as an operator of systems in the field of renewable energies.
And what do the decision -makers say? Ralf Michalski from FWV asked about high -powered charging stations for electric cars, while Pierre Groll (bus) emphasized the importance of integrating the solar park into the existing landscape. Margit Zinser-Auer, the mayor of Tannhausen, also pointed out that the residents of Lippertsweiler have so far not been informed about this project.
Other projects for energy transition
Aulendorf has become a stronghold for solar energy in recent years. In addition to the newly planned solar park, a Solar Park built by ABO Wind AG has been offering its services since April 2022. This solar park is one of the largest open space PV systems in the Ravensburg district and provides an electrical output of 2 megawatts (MW). This provides 533 households with solar power, which Energy expert gives a gratifying balance. Stadtwerke Tübingen, including the Solar Park, strive to cover around 75% of the electricity requirement from its own renewable energy systems by 2024.
summarized Aulendorf shows how important the energy transition is and that clever planning and innovative approaches can be taken a sustainable and natural -protecting path. The Hermann-Hoepke Institute has also put together valuable tips for the operators with a guide for nature-friendly and biodiversity-promoting solar parks in order to secure the success of such projects in the long term, as described on the [MKUEM] page (https://mkuem.rlp.de/themen/energie-und-klimaschtz/ernarbar- e-ergies). If everything goes according to plan, Aulendorf could soon have secured a radiant future on Renewable Energies!
