Heavy collision on K414: Two injuries after frontal crash!

On Saturday afternoon, February 1, 2025, there was a serious traffic accident on the K414 between Suterode and Sudheim. A 62-year-old man from Lindau lost control of his VW in a curve and got on the opposite lane. There he collided head-on with a Peugeot, which was controlled by a 29-year-old woman from Osterode.

The impact was so violent that the Peugeot was thrown into the ditch. Both drivers suffered serious injuries and were immediately brought to nearby hospitals. The total damage is estimated at around 55,000 euros.
