Woman attacked in Munich: Police are looking for witnesses for xenophobic incidents!

On Friday morning, February 7, 2025, a 32-year-old was victim of a verbal attack in Munich on Dachauer Strasse. The previously unknown perpetrator not only insulted her with xenophobic statements, but also grabbed her on her arm and pulled her back, causing pain and a feeling of threat. Two passing witnesses stepped in and asked the attacker to move away. The perpetrator then fled into the tram of line 12 at the Leonrodplatz stop.

The woman later reported the incident to the police, which now determined due to sedition, assault and insult. The perpetrator is described as about 1.75 meters tall, approx. 45 years old, with dark eyes and Southeast European appearance. He was wearing a hat, a blue jacket, jeans and large black headphones. The police are calling witnesses to report if they have made observations during the incident. Information can be sent to the Munich police headquarters, Commissioner K44.
