Burglary in recycling: Police hold perpetrators in Kirchheim!

In the early Saturday morning, four men between the ages of 21 and 41 tried to break into a waste recycling company in the Kirchheim district of Mannheim. With a VW small transporter, they came to the site in Oftersheimer Straße. While three of the men climbed over the fence, one remained to keep guard.

The haphazard coup ended abruptly when the optical and acoustic alarm started in the early morning. The burglars ran back to their vehicle, but were arrested by an alarmed police patrol. Fortunately, the perpetrators had not stolen anything at the recycling center. The police started the investigation.
