Aggressive man in Mitte: Police intervenes and examines incident
A 52-year-old man was arrested in Berlin-Mitte yesterday after repeatedly rioting in the entrance area of a hostel. Around 11:30 a.m., the police received an emergency call for trespassing on the fracture of the peace on Köpenicker Strasse. The man, a former guest of the hostel, ignored both the requests of the staff and the instructions from the police to leave the area. Finally he had to be brought out of the hostel with a special handle.
In front of the building, the troublemaker complained of pain in the wrist, whereupon an ambulance was called, which was not able to determine any injuries. During the mission, the man showed his dissatisfaction, accused the police of racism and made the forbidden Hitler salute. After a legal instruction, he was brought to the identity assessment and a blood sample, which he was able to leave again later. The investigation is now conducted by the police state security of the Berlin State Criminal Police Office.
