The 84-year-old Alfred Fleischer is a remarkable example of durability and dedication in the world of work. He has been working at Ford Sorg in Fulda for impressive 70 years. On April 1, 2025, he was honored for his many years of service. With his entry into the company, he started training as a car mechanic at the age of 15 and quickly developed into an expert in the repair of engines and driven.

Although Fleischer retired at the age of 60, he remained loyal to the dealership and continued to convict vehicles to customers. In the early years of his career he was on the road throughout Germany and often managed routes of over 1000 kilometers in one day. Famous delivery goals included Rügen, a place that he was doing with great passion. During a working week he often collected over 4000 kilometers.
