On Saturday, April 26, 2025, a traffic accident occurred in Fulda around 6:15 p.m. A 45-year-old driver and her 22-year-old passenger waited in a VW Passat on Frankfurter Strasse for turning into Weserstrasse when a 37-year-old BMW driver who drove Frankfurter Strasse out of town overlooked the waiting passat.

The impact was carried out unchecked and led to the slight injury of both insasses of the Passat. Rescue workers were called to provide first aid on site. The police accepted the incident and examined the exact circumstances of the accident.
