Raser chaos at the Speedmarathon: Police reveals dangerous trips!

As part of yesterday's Roadpol Speedmarathon, more than 95,000 vehicles have passed over 60 measuring points in Central Hesse. The sad leader was a 38-year-old motorcyclist who drove an incredible 182 km/h on the federal road 255 in Bischoffen with his Kawasaki-a whopping 82 km/h too fast! Both, the driver and his socia, only wore jeans instead of suitable protective clothing, which could have had fatal consequences in an accident. For his frenzy, the motorcyclist must now do without a driver's license and pay 700 euros fine.

In addition, a truck driver was convicted near Kirchhain, who also has to expect a driving ban and 255 euros. In Gießen, the police flash a driver on the Konrad-Adenauer-Brücke, which was on the road at 61 km/h instead of a permitted speed and a monthly driving ban and 260 euros in fine. There were also several razors on the 480 motorway - the fastest drivers were caught with 138, 130 and 125 km/h and also have to adjust to a driving ban. Police Councilor Stefan Jilg emphasized the importance of speed controls and demanded more consideration in road traffic.
