On Friday night, a brazen theft in Kassel-Rothenditmold caused a stir. Shortly before two in the morning, two unknown perpetrators broke into a van and stole various tools worth several hundred euros. The incident happened on Mittelfeldstrasse, where a witness observed the perpetrators breaking the rear window of a Peugeot Boxer and searching the vehicle for valuables. As HNA reports, the two men could not be caught despite extensive searches.
The perpetrators, who according to the witness description are said to be between 25 and 30 years old, had a striking appearance. One of them had black hair and was dressed in a black T-shirt and gray pants. After the theft, they fled in a silver-colored small car, while the police immediately launched a search, which was unsuccessful. The investigators from Commissariat 21/22 of the Kassel criminal police are now looking for further witnesses who may be able to provide information about the crime or the perpetrators.
