Masked car carder arrested: police discovered departure tools!

In the night of Saturday, at 0:45 a.m., the handcuffs clicked for a suspected car carder in Frankfurter Strasse near a hotel. Attentive officers from the Neu-Isenburg police station discovered a hooded man who was handling a vehicle with a departure tool.
