Serious accident on A8: Sprinter overturns, two injuries!

A dramatic accident on Autobahn 8 between Ulm and Stuttgart caused chaos on Thursday evening at 6:20 p.m.! A 49-year-old driver wanted to switch from the left to the middle lanes with his sprinter, but did not notice the end of the traffic jam in front of him. There was a devastating rear -end collision with a Skoda that was thrown into the opposite direction by the force of the impact!

The episodes were catastrophic: the sprinter tipped on the side and stayed between the lanes, while several other vehicles, including a VW bus and a Mercedes Benz A-Class, were involved in the accident. The inmates of the Skoda, a 61-year-old driver and his 67-year-old passenger, suffered serious injuries and had to be brought to nearby clinics. Overall damage over 100,000 euros and a large rescue line -up with five ambulances, a helicopter and the fire brigade ensured the directional lane for several hours. The traffic was considerable!
