Wave of tool thefts: Police are looking for information from Schwerin and Parchim

The Schwerin criminal police have uncovered a worrying pattern of tool thefts - in a total of 15 cases! On Monday, eleven vehicles were broken up in Schwerin, and the thieves stole high -quality tools worth over 33,000 euros. There were also four other incidents in Parchim. The perpetrators were not afraid to open the vehicles to get the valuable materials.

The investigators have already secured traces at the crime scenes and are checking possible connections to similar thefts of the past. The police are urgently looking for witnesses who can provide clues. An important advice for owners: mark your tools and machines with company names or engravings! This makes it significantly more difficult to resale the thieves. The search for the stolen objects is in full swing!
