On Friday afternoon, March 28, 2025, a ghost driver was discovered on Autobahn 1! Around 2:20 p.m., outraged road users reported a reddish-orisor-colored small car that drove against the direction of travel between the Ahlhorner Heide motorway triangle and the Cloppenburg junction. This daring clumplings brought the lives of other drivers into acute danger - only by braking quickly and skill was possible to prevent a collision.

The police are now looking for clues! Witnesses or endangered drivers are asked to report to the Ahlhorn motorway police at 04435-93160. A dangerous situation that luckily went lightly, but it could have ended much worse!
