Bad Blankenburg, Deutschland - Unknown perpetrators have caught a basement window of the former child and youth facility Esplanade between May 2 and 16 in Bad Blankenburg and entered the vacant building. Inside, water -bearing pipes were cut and partially stolen, which led to considerable water damage.
