The new chairman of the association, Matthias, leads the work that must be completed before the official start of the season. It is pointed out that only one specialist in the bathroom is often present who cannot cover the entire operating time. This means that the qualifications and experiences of the local staff are decisive. Older bathrooms like the blei may have less flexibility than modern systems with automated processes. In addition, in section 6.4 of the directive it is clarified that the operating supervision does not have to be constantly present, but can also be responsible for several bathrooms as long as qualified staff is on site.
