Traffic chaos in Cuxhaven: red light absence leads to accident!

On Saturday morning, March 29, 2025, a dramatic traffic accident occurred in Cuxhaven. At around 9:00 a.m., a 54-year-old driver drove to the crossroads of Konrad-Adenauer-Allee and Poststrasse despite the red traffic light and collided with another vehicle. The driver of the second car, a 24-year-old, remained unharmed, but his passenger, a 56-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The crash was so violent that the car's car was no longer ready to drive and had to be towed. The total damage amounts to around 8,000 euros. The police started the investigation into the course of the accident.
