Gelsenkirchen, Deutschland - On March 6th there was a dramatic incident at Gelsenkirchen, as an emergency personnel from the federal police, a 39-year-old Romanian arrested. The woman had been sentenced to a penalty of 50 daily rates or 50 days of imprisonment for community theft and had so far ignored them. When the officials announced the arrest warrant, the 15-year-old daughter tried in vain to prevent her mother from being arrested by taking the wrist of a police officer.
