A 25-year-old man was arrested in Offenbach on Wednesday after he was caught spraying graffiti on the market square. The city police noticed the perpetrator around 0:50 a.m. when he attached smearings at a bus stop. An immediately following preliminary arrest led to it was brought to the police station, where a spray can was secured.

The police have already evaluated the material from a video camera that documents the crime. The young man is now being investigated for suspected property damage. Witnesses who have further information are asked to report on 069 8098-5100.
